Final Project

I graduated at Le Wagon Lisbon in July 2020, from a 9-week intensive (over 450 hours in the curriculum) coding bootcamp.

The course focused on programming in Ruby and ES6, CSS3, HTML 5, web technologies, and particular integrations provided by the Rails platform.

As part of a team, we designed, implemented and deployed a web application used to connect entrepreneurs with investors. Used Ruby on Rails, ES6, PostgreSQL, and HTML/CSS. The project also featured Stripe Payments integration for collecting funding pledges. Worked in features from back to front end.

Team project

I graduated at Le Wagon Lisbon in July 2020, from a 9-week intensive (over 450 hours in the curriculum) coding bootcamp.

In teams of 4, we designed, implemented and shipped to production an AirBnB look-alike platform. Used Ruby on Rails, ES6, PostgreSQL, and HTML/CSS. Worked in features from back to front end.

E-commerce website for a Brazilian coffee brand. Completely redesign the company's UI website. Used HTML/SASS. The platform's back end is built in PHP.

React is a great and powerful front-end framework. My current object is to master it. This project was focused on solving a personal problem I sometimes have using other similar tools. On choosing the color shades for my projects I had difficulties in finding an application that would give me plenty of options side by side and compare them.

This application uses npm Value.js package to call hex colors values and percentage weight, a function to convert RGB values to hex, and writeText javascript function to copy the colors to the clipboard.

After complete a 39 hours of Javascript course, I decided to put in practice all what I have learned, and also have a bit of fun :)

As I am continuously learning, my main focus now is to master the React framework. In this project I focused on useState, useEffect and fetching the data from an API.
